Project Name & Location: Dutchess County Commissioner of Jurors Building, Poughkeepsie, NY


Project Description: Poughkeepsie’s original City Hall Building is one of the oldest buildings in Dutchess County. MCC restored the exterior of the building including replication and replacement of Yankee gutters, fascias and soffits as well as masonry restoration of brick and brownstone. MCC also restored entire bell tower including terne coat copper standing seam roof. Interior restoration included plaster repair, tin ceilings repair or replication and all interior moldings.
