Project Name & Location: Adriance Memorial Library, Poughkeepsie, NY Project Description: Complete historic restoration and renovation to the existing building. Work included extensive plaster repairs, replication and repair of millwork, restoration of marble and wood floors, repair to historic windows including installation of interior storm windows and complete paining of interior including the art deco dome. The exterior renovations included cleaning, repainting and repair of marble facade, epoxy consolidation of exterior moldings, period landscaping and replication of deteriorated wrought iron railings.
