Project Name & Location: Philipstown Firehouse, Cold Spring, NY

Project Description: Renovations and additions to existing firehouse. Two phases of project were required as owner could not vacate premises. Existing metal building was gutted and was added to and expanded on all four sides. New masonry truck bays were added as Phase 1. Upon occupancy the remainder of the building was converted into a state of the art firehouse complete with commercial kitchen, work out room, dining facility, dispatch tower, meeting rooms, training facilities and other support spaces. Extensive use of exterior decorative split and ground faced masonry was used with standing seam metal and EPDM roofs to provide a maintenance free exterior package.
