The Millbrook Library's original building was donated by Mrs. Richard Somers Hayes in 1908. Meyer Contracting's 2002 addition and renovation included space for an art gallery, special collection of local history and a area to be used as a community center.

Additions and renovation to the Millbrook Free Library. Project doubled the actual useable space. Special attention to detail in matching the existing wing built in 1900 was of major concern. Project was completed two months early and on budget.
